No. KRYOS XS is a KRYOS XS Hypercube OS that sits above weather, GIS, satellite, sensor, and operational systems. It reads their outputs, reconciles contradictions, simulates alternatives, and routes decisions through a human authority.

No. It attaches externally via API and does not replace weather, GIS, EM, or enterprise systems. The authority chain also stays in place.
