Glossary
Decision-intelligence terminology.
A working vocabulary for the KRYOS XS decision layer. Additional terms are added as the platform documentation grows.
- KRYOS XS Hypercube OS
- An operating system for high-consequence decisions, ingesting signals, reconciling evidence, simulating alternatives, routing through human authority, and persisting an auditable record.
- Evidence graph
- A provenanced, weighted representation of sources contributing to a decision, including agreement, conflict, staleness, and authority.
- Governance
- The policies and authority routing that determine how a decision is released, revised, escalated, or rejected.
- Human authority
- The named individual or role empowered to release a decision above a defined consequence tier.
- Non-intrusion
- The design principle that KRYOS XS attaches externally via API to existing systems and does not replace them.
- Simulation
- Digital-twin scenario execution that returns alternatives, residual risk, and explicit uncertainty.
- Consequence tier
- A classification of the potential impact of a decision, which drives governance routing and threshold enforcement.
- Audit memory
- The persistent, defensible record of every decision, its evidence, alternatives, uncertainty, approver, and rationale.
